Residential:

If your problem is fixed within 1 hour, you will be charged £30 (if you live a far travel distance from Preston, this value may be increased but it will be pointed out before the visit).

If your PC requires windows re-installing you will be charged £60. This process can take a few hours and your PC will be taken away and returned to save YOU money. We will setup your PC and install your printer and broadband included in the price. If your pc has a built in recovery partition and you do not require files to be backed up we can do this on site for £30 if it takes less than 1 hour, which it normally does.

The maximum labour charge is £60 per PC. If you have 2 or 3 PCs and your problem is fixed within 1 hour the charge will still only be £30, if completed in 2 hours £60, 3 hours £90. If you only have 1 PC, you cannot be charged over £60 for any amount of labour unless your PC needs major hardware replacements which is unlikely.

MOST Residential Problems like;  no internet, wireless network setups and others are 90% of the time completed within 1 hour.

Due to an influx of virus lately, it is usually cheaper, guaranteed removal and better for your computer (will run a LOT faster) for a complete re-install of windows.

Business:

All business's are charged at £35 per hour

For a full days booking in advance (upto 8 hours) we charge £250 + travel time & fuel

For businesses further than a 20 minute drive from Preston, travel time at £35/hour will be added.
